Welcome to the website of the American chapter of the Association of Top Achiever Scouts. ATAS is a global association of Scouts who have earned the top award in their country. In the United States this means they have earned the rank of Eagle, Summit (Silver), or Quartermaster. ATAS is an informal organization with no membership fees.
